This position will see you commercially lead a £15m CAT A Office Fit Out in Reading , working closely with a Senior Project Manager and Project Director to ensure smooth delivery of a high-profile scheme. Once complete, you will move into London-based projects with future career progression opportunities. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will: Lead the commercial management of a £15m CAT A fit out project in Reading Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and monthly valuations Take responsibility for variations, cost control, and final accounts Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Project Director to drive project success Provide accurate cost forecasting, reporting, and risk analysis Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery The company’s London office is a lively and collaborative hub, offering an environment where ambitious professionals can thrive and make a real impact.
