Engineer

Engineer Reporting to: Engineering Manager Role Overview: Support engineering design from land appraisal through to construction and adoption. Supervise site works, liaise with statutory bodies, and ensure developments meet technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist with early infrastructure delivery (services, foundations, diversions). Ensure compliance with Technical Approvals and statutory specifications. Oversee progress of roads, sewers, and streetlights to adoption. Provide technical support to construction teams. Support tender processes with Technical and Commercial teams. Maintain up-to-date records in document management systems. Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation. Ideal Candidate: Organised, detail-oriented, and innovative. Able to manage competing priorities. A strong team player with clear communication skills. Confident with stakeholders at all levels.
