Reporting to the HR Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and strategic direction of the HR team of 5. Role Responsibilities Management of business transformation and change Partner with key stakeholders to understand key strategic initiatives Support on all HR operations including the escalation of complex ER case work Head up strategic focuses such as employee engagement and business culture with the view to driving high performance Deputise for the HR Director when necessary What they need from you Previous experience operating at Strategic HR Business Partner level (Ideally over 5 years) Experience in a blue-collar work environment (manufacturing and production, logistics, distribution etc) Confidence heading up change and transformation initiatives Good knowledge of HR employment law and employee relations If you are looking for your next step - please do apply!
