Change Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to be part of a team supporting the first major merger within the Higher Education sector in a number of years. The post holder support and lead initiatives related to the integration – focussing on organisation design and supporting operating models. Job responsibilities include: Lead the delivery of change initiatives across a strategic portfolio, ensuring effective planning and execution Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Professional Service Directors and Workstream Leads Design and deliver training and coaching to build change capability and support staff through transition Drive organisation design activities, including operating model reviews for the newly combined institution Support cultural change initiatives to align behaviours and mindsets with the future vision Identify and manage risks and resistance to change with targeted, proactive plans Candidate profile: Relevant professional qualification in Change Management Proven experience leading change and business improvements within Higher Education, the NHS, or wider public sector Strong understanding of organisational change approaches and organisational design principles Hands-on experience across the full change lifecycle, from diagnostics to implementation Skilled at engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels Annual salary: £51,000 - £61,000 Contract type: Fixed Term for 12 months Working hours: Full time Location: Central London (hybrid working) Additional benefits: 30 days annual leave 8 bank holidays 3 University closure (41 per annum) Generous pension contributions This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
