Commercial Property Solicitor – Global Tech Company (Contract) Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site) Contract: 3–6 months (with potential to extend) A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its in-house legal team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, cutting-edge real estate matters, particularly involving data centres and colocation facilities . Key Responsibilities: Advise on a range of commercial property matters, with a focus on data centre and colocation agreements. Support real estate transactions and lease negotiations across the company’s UK and EMEA portfolio. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance and commercial efficiency. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with 4 years’ PQE in commercial property law. Proven experience in data centre and colocation matters (essential). Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently. Available to start at short notice.
