About the Role As an Architectural Technologist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality designs and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Create designs that balance aesthetics, technical requirements, and budgets. Produce high-quality drawings, models, and reports. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for seamless project integration. Incorporate survey data, engineering inputs, and regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits and resolve construction challenges. Review documentation to ensure quality and consistency. Support project management, including leading design and project meetings. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a skilled professional with: Experience: 5 years in professional practice across diverse sectors. Education: Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent. Skills: Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design tools. Expertise: Strong understanding of building regulations, construction systems, and all project delivery stages.
