This is a fantastic role for an experienced QS looking to develop their career with a business at the forefront of the structural steel industry, offering long-term stability and career progression. Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of structural steel projects from procurement to final accounts. Prepare and negotiate subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and cost reports. Monitor project budgets and provide accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and commercial control. Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the structural steelwork or wider construction industry. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of contract forms (NEC / JCT) and variation management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
