About the Role Responsibilities Lead junior managers with day to day work and drive performance within the final mile operation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide live solutions within the operations environment Drive KPI performance with key areas being cost and OTIF metrics Conduct weekly forecast meetings for resource and financial provision Review and Plan resource and budget for operational peaks Monitor driver resource and ensure appropriate staffing and provision for operational need Control operational budget and drive profitability metrics Required Skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to function well in high volume environments Strong logistics planning and data skills are advantageous Experience of managing large driver populations is advantageous Strong relationship-building and people management skills
