HR Operations Consultant – 3-Month Contract | Abingdon, Oxford (Hybrid) Are you a detail-driven HR pro with a passion for process improvement? We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Consultant to lead a strategic review of our contract templates and streamline the full contract generation process—from offer to onboarding. Location: Hybrid (Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxford) Contract Length: 3 months What You’ll Be Doing: Audit and align UK and global contract templates with corporate standards and local legislation. Review senior and executive contracts, ensuring compliance and appropriate restrictions. Map and optimise the full offer-to-contract workflow, eliminating bottlenecks and errors. Collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business units to implement sustainable improvements. Redesign the contract template storage system for better accessibility and version control.
