Associate – Technology & Contracts

We are working with a tier-one national law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Technology and Contracts team. The Role: The successful candidate will join an innovative and dynamic team, advising on a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, technology, data protection, IP, and regulatory matters. The candidate will play a key role in high-profile transactions, advising a variety of national and international clients on commercial and technology matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships. Essential Criteria: 2 years’ PQE; Strong background in commercial law, data protection, or digital regulation. Background in two or more areas highly desirable; Strong academics; Demonstrable commercial awareness; Technically excellent; Negotiation skills; Supervisory skills; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
