We're working with a welcoming primary school in Bristol to recruit compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants who thrive in inclusive, nurturing, and dynamic learning environments. ?? Your Role Will Include: Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs) Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities ?? What We're Looking For: A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) - highly desirable Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential ??
