Key Responsibilities: Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters. Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions. Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues. Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. The Candidate The ideal candidate will have: Proven expertise in Commercial law. An established network and client base. Proven leadership and management experience. A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters. Excellent client management and communication skills. A proactive and commercially-minded approach to problem-solving. The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
