Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a Luxury Fashion Brand to support them in hiring a Customer Operations Supervisor A prestigious global luxury fashion house is seeking a Customer Operations Supervisor to join its London headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to support and lead a team in a fast-paced, international customer service function at the heart of a renowned brand celebrated for creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation. The role: Coordinate customer service operations and support cross-functional teams across Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Finance Ensure timely, accurate order flow from sales campaign through to product delivery Lead and support a small team, driving operational excellence and smooth execution Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring outstanding service standards Contribute directly to revenue targets by managing seasonal reassortments and timely allocations Gather and share customer insights to support business growth and market trends Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations or service coordination role, ideally within luxury or fashion Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages a plus) Proficient in MS Office, SAP, AS400, and data/reporting tools Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities with proven team coordination experience This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-end fashion environment and wants to help deliver best-in-class service experiences.
