Capital Actuarial Analyst (IT)

We are currently recruiting for a Capital Actuarial Analyst to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Your role The purpose of this role is to support the development, maintenance, and analysis of the UK&I Internal Model. The UK&I Internal Model is an "approved" model and is thus required on a regulatory basis to be run and maintained under the standards laid out in the UK Solvency II directive and supporting guidance. In addition, there is a requirement for the Internal Model to contribute to our internal capital assessment and be used throughout the business. The outputs from the Internal Model, therefore have a wide audience including the Internal Model Governance Committee, Capital Management, Reinsurance, Risk & Validation as well as senior executives from the UK&I business. Thus, in addition to the ability to learn/develop Igloo based solutions for development, accuracy and ability to communicate changes to capital metrics are essential to the role.
