Paralegal - Plot Sales

Your new company A highly respected legal practice on the South Coast is seeking a talented Paralegal to join its Plot Sales team based in Southampton. Known for delivering pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice across all property matters, the team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings precision, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to their work. Your new role You will prepare contract packs for buyer's solicitors, responding to enquiries, and maintaining precedent replies for each development. The role involves regular liaison with developer clients to ensure they are kept fully updated. Under supervision, you will assist with the exchange of contracts, coordinate completion dates, and notify relevant parties including clients, selling agents, and lenders. They will also produce completion statements for both buyers and clients. What you'll need to succeed You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and confidence in managing a high-volume caseload. Attention to detail is essential, as is proficiency with IT systems and keyboard use. The role requires someone who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture. Previous experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales would be advantageous, though not essential.
