A leading and well-established law firm in Stoke is looking to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal to join its team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely part of the week, exposure to high-quality work and the support needed to develop your career in residential conveyancing. You will have a minimum of two years’ experience assisting with all stages of residential property transactions, from instruction through to completion. Typical responsibilities will include preparing quotations, drafting and issuing contract packs, handling enquiries, applying for searches, submitting applications and providing general support to fee earners as required. This opportunity provides a clear pathway to progress into a file-handling role, with the chance to manage your own small caseload of straightforward matters at an early stage. It is an excellent role for a motivated residential property paralegal seeking long-term career development and progression. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, proactive in their approach and a strong team player.
