Responsibilities Lead operations at the Milan branch, overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth import/export processes. Drive customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships. Manage branch financial performance and develop strategies for growth. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards. Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Qualifications Proven expertise in freight forwarding, international trade, and customs. Strong experience in managing ocean, air, truckload, and customs logistics. Skilled in import/export processes and customer service excellence. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Solid understanding of industry compliance standards.
