We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site delivery of a 12-month freelance project, with a strong chance of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in Italy’s accelerating clean energy transition. Your Role As Construction Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day site operations for a large-scale solar PV project. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project specifications. Work closely with engineering teams to support installation and commissioning. Report progress, risks, and solutions directly to project leadership. What We’re Looking For Proven track record as a Construction Manager / Site Manager on utility-scale renewable energy projects. Strong electrical engineering background , with hands-on knowledge of installation and commissioning. Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site challenges effectively.
