This client-focused role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional image, as you will support our Key Clients in deploying custom Special Projects. What You'll Do Provide technical support to Sales during initial project phases, including client demos and Q&A; Engage with client Marketing C-levels to propose optimal solutions; Coordinate efforts among Sales, Product, Data teams, and third parties to ensure project success, meeting targets and timelines; Track project progress, update stakeholders, and manage delays or changes; Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. What You'll Need Master's Degree in STEM disciplines; 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Consultant on Digital Advertising or innovative Tech projects in the Retail sector; Strong analytical skills, data-driven and detail-oriented; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; Problem-solving, negotiation, and results-oriented mindset; Fluent in German and English, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
