Adecco Consultant Technical & Engineering is seeking a Remote Technical Service - Hotliner for a leading company in industrial automation and sheet metal processing. Main Activities Provide suitable solutions to technical problems faced by customers Offer customer assistance services alongside technical support Resolve issues with minimal assistance Make effective decisions to deliver quick solutions, prioritizing and addressing problems promptly Identify and resolve technical issues Provide first-level technical telephone support Ensure complete repair of faults and prevent recurrence, providing accurate feedback to clients Exhibit excellent prioritization and time management skills, including delivering work within agreed timelines Communicate with clients through periodic follow-ups to meet expectations Build positive relationships with customers Requirements Mechanical/electrical educational background Minimum of 3-5 years of Technical Service experience, remote or on-site Autonomy in using the English language Ability to make effective decisions and prioritize customer satisfaction Adaptability to balancing priorities based on repair workload Work Location: Fizzonasco (MI) Salary and employment: up to €45K, indefinite contract directly with the company; possibility of remote work.
