Manpower Professional is looking for a Business Operational Excellence (OpEx) Specialist . This role involves team decision-making and achieving the Group’s objectives. The candidate will provide strategic guidance and deliver timely, accurate insights about Global RA, PV, and CO spending and financial control, with a focus on cost optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The main responsibilities are divided into two areas: BUDGET & CONTROLLING Perform financial controlling activities within the four Unit Departments (GRA, GPV, GCO, GCMC). Support the responsible person in ensuring efficient Unit spending and cost monitoring. Manage reporting processes and deliver timely, accurate insights, acting as a strategic partner across the cross-functional project community, in collaboration with Project Leads and Leadership Team members. Proactively enhance reporting processes and tools to enable more effective decision-making on Global RA, PV, and CO activities. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including cost monitoring. Define and monitor relevant metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvements to achieve operational targets. Optimize the overall budget process and costs within Global and Local affiliates in collaboration with Finance and Leadership teams. VENDOR SELECTION & OVERSIGHT Control and contract vendors for responsible functions, ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate interests. Monitor the market to expand the Vendor Pool, ensuring the best quality/price ratio and compliance principles. The role combines strategic relevance with operational complexity, requiring strong analytical skills, financial and regulatory knowledge, and effective cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic global environment. This position is key in supporting operational excellence and organizational goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS 3-4 years of experience in financial and operational management within a regulated environment, with exposure to regulatory and compliance functions. Advanced education or certifications are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. Full proficiency in English (C1 level). In-depth knowledge of IT tools (PC, email, MS Office, Internet, Oracle Business Suite). Basic project management skills (Agile experience is a plus). 1-2 years of controlling/auditing experience.
