External Funding Support

Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a External Funding Support for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer: an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company; RAL 32K; possibility of smart working. CCNL Metalworking Industry. Workplace: Florence Working hours: full time. Responsibilities: support the management of time tracking for Engineering personnel involved in funded programs by updating attendance databases and project hours using Access and Excel applications; maintain a dedicated accounting system in compliance with funding regulations to enable monitoring and reporting, including the creation of internal reports and files formatted according to the templates provided by the funding body; collect, verify compliance, and archive legal and financial documentation related to the projects (in digital and/or paper format), such as: employee timesheets, payslips, attendance sheets, invoices, project stamps, payments, bank statements, and accounting books; provide support to the External Funding office during audits conducted by funding authorities. Qualifications / Requirements: bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; excellent command of Windows Office applications, especially Access and Excel, as well as SQL and VBA languages; strong analytical and quantitative skills; highly motivated and open to implementing changes; good written and spoken English proficiency.
