Site Manager | Utility-Scale Solar | Across Italy Around €40,000 to €45,000 Company Car Bonus Piper Maddox are working closely with a leading French EPC who are expanding into the Italian renewables market. With an exciting pipeline of large scale solar construction projects across Italy, they are searching for a new Site Manager to oversee sites across Italy. This role offers excellent training opportunities, with the chance learn from the companies outstanding French construction team and apply their proven ways of working into the Italian market. They are ideally seeking a more junior profile, someone with around 4 to 5 years of onsite experience. This candidate will need to have the flexibility to work across Italy and be open to learning and implementing the companies strategy and vision for this construction pipeline. This is a perfect opportunity for any junior profiles looking to step up into a Site Manager position at a leading European EPC. As Site Manager, you will: Oversee multiple photovoltaic construction sites of around 10MW across Italy. Ensuring that projects meet deadlines, costs and quality standards. Ensure regular reporting of work progress to the various project stakeholders. Ensure site safety and compliance with regulation. Key Skills: Minimum of 4 years experience onsite on solar construction projects. Ability to be onsite all week and travel across Italy. Excellent Italian and English skills. French is a plus.
