Legal Manager

Overview KeyPartners executive search has been retained to source a Legal Manager to join a multinational operating in the consumer industry. The ideal candidate will join a team of 2 lawyers and report to the Legal Director. The role is based in Milan. Responsibilities Acting as a Legal Business Partner, provide legal support on the following: National and international contract drafting and negotiation Marketing, Sales, Litigation and pre-litigation as well as risk management Support on other areas of law as necessary, including Competition Law, Anti-bribery Laws, Privacy, Consumer protection and health and safety Qualifications & Requirements Italian-qualified lawyer, registered with the Bar, with at least 5 years of working experience Previous in-house experience, preferably gained while working in an international FMCG environment Solid experience in contract drafting and negotiating Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential to fill this role Required Skills Customer-oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible to switch between different matters and agile in prioritising deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent team player Good project management skills Ambitious and with high potential to grow Pay range and compensation package The candidate will be employed as Quadro.
