Land Manager

The Green Recruitment Company partnered with a leading IPP in the search of a Land Manager in Italy. Responsibilities: Participate in the identification, analysis and selection of potential sites for the installation of generation plants from renewable energy sources. Identify owners of the land for the development of generation plants and negotiate legal transactions (leasing contracts, options, easements, acquisitions, etc.). Establish relationships with local institutions. Search for real estate brokers to assist in land negotiation for the development of generation facilities. Support in the management of various projects in the development phase through dialogue with external brokers. Assist in processing necessary authorizations for the construction and operation of renewable energy facilities. Participate in M&A processes and due diligence regarding land availability. Support in the preparation of documentation for litigation and pre-litigation issues. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Land Management, Scouting, and Brokerage of Solar PV projects. Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law and environmental law is an advantage. Strong negotiating skills and ability to establish and maintain contacts. Experience with Italian legal standards, building law, and renewable energy law related to land ownership. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork aptitude, ability to synthesize, involvement, rigor, efficiency, and project management skills. Fluency in English. J-18808-Ljbffr
