Our role focuses on building key relationships and securing contracts for our expanding Ground & Rail operations through a combination of direct and indirect sales techniques. Responsibilities Execute and drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Ground & Rail sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and new business. Analyze market trends and competitors, adjusting your sales approach as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction. Embrace a competitive, results-oriented attitude while working effectively within a team. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum five years of experience in sales, ideally within the Ground Business Unit, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with the ability to work effectively under pressure. In-depth knowledge of the Ground transport industry and market dynamics.
