The candidate will become part of the Collection unit based in Padova. The organizational unit is responsible for managing and recovering non-performing loans from credit products issued to private clients. Responsibilities Monitor and update positions with delinquencies, including recovery plans and settlement agreements. Manage portfolio assignments and relationships with external recovery agencies. Analyze recovery performance. Support client, recovery agency and other internal and external stakeholders' requests. Supervise the invoicing process for collection commissions. Qualifications Problem solving ability and goal orientation. Accountability. Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and ability to work in a team. Flexibility, strong motivation and enthusiasm. Degree in Law or Economics. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Good level of written and spoken English. Previous experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of the products is a plus. Protected categories (L.69 / 99).
