Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna

Overview Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Emilia Romagna to provide on-site service, repair and installation of products and IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting systems. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. The role requires critical thinking, problem solving, and strong communication to build trust with customers and colleagues.
