Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna to conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines cost-effective solutions. Escalates complex issues to higher levels of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. This role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers; assistance can occasionally occur during weekends and overnight. Escalate complex issues to higher level of technical support. Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma Open to travel in Emilia Romagna; driving license is mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian Able to work autonomously while also being a team player You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering results and continuous improvement, while emphasizing teamwork and a positive work environment.
