Join to contribute to a world-class workforce and build a better world of work. Responsibilities Smart Factory : Support our clients in evolving manufacturing activities toward Smart Factory models. Lean Management : Assist in analysis and implementation of new Lean Management technologies. Layout produttivo & Operation : Analyze production processes to increase productivity and quality while reducing costs and time, including use of AI systems. Implementazione dei Sistemi : Participate in the implementation of systems such as APS, MES, WMS, DDMRP. Qualifications Degree in Industrial / Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or related fields. 5–8 years of experience in consulting or corporate environments. Strong knowledge of information systems, especially Excel. Experience with enterprise information systems (ERP on Microsoft / SAP) and departmental systems (APS, MES, WMS). Knowledge of income statement, balance sheet and management control. Good command of English (written and spoken). Leadership and team management skills. Client relationship management approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and results orientation. Willingness to travel within Italy, EU countries and outside the EU.
