Overview Job Title: Site Manager Project: Datacentre Location: Milan, Italy Duration: 6-12 Months Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a major data centre project in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring all electrical installations and associated works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Manage all site activities related to electrical systems on the data centre project. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress and report on key milestones, issues, and risks. Conduct site inspections and quality checks on electrical installations. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, HSE requirements, and company procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale data centre or critical infrastructure projects. Electrical or MEP experience preferable Ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams. Fluent in English; Italian language skills a strong advantage. Right to work in the EU.
