Overview WeUni, the B2B brand of Docsity, is the strategic partner for Higher Education Institutions worldwide. We connect universities with a global community of millions of students, guiding them toward their future academic and professional paths while ensuring our partners achieve maximum visibility for their programs. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our WeUni Sales Team in Turin. Your mission will be to represent the WeUni brand and its suite of digital marketing services, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers within the Higher Education sector. What You'll Do After a comprehensive onboarding program, you will become the engine of our growth by proactively building your sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound activity. You'll spend your days making cold calls, sending targeted emails, and using LinkedIn to identify and connect with key decision-makers in the Higher Education sector. You will master the art of the first contact, turning cold leads into warm conversations and qualified opportunities. You'll take full ownership of your results, driving revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious individual and team sales targets. What We're Looking For Language Prowess: Exceptional communication skills with mandatory professional fluency (C1 or higher) in English and French. Proven Experience: A track record of 2-3 years in a B2B Sales or Business Development role, where cold calling and proactive outreach were key responsibilities. Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree (or higher). Mindset: A proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented approach. You are not afraid of rejection and are motivated by the challenge of the sale.
