Insert date: 05/05/2025 Function: PROJECT ENGINEER (ASSISTENTE AL RUP) Workplace: Italy: Firenze (FI) Duration of Contract: Not indicated Monthly Salary Range: Not indicated Application: Registration is not necessary Description Announcement Main responsibilities: Support the RUP, respecting roles and responsibilities as per reference standards, in overseeing the construction process from programming to design, execution, and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, time, and cost objectives, and activating corrective solutions in interaction with Engineering Coordinator, Works Director, and CSE. Assist the RUP in liaising with Authorities, utilizing the appropriate company structures. Verify, with support from the Quality Control assigned to the Area, the proper implementation of the quality management system for the realization process of interventions within their scope by internal and external parties. Support the RUP in monitoring assigned interventions, assessing progress and any deviations in physical, economic, and temporal aspects, and promptly reporting critical issues to the RUP. Participate in Kick-Off Project Meetings and Design Review Meetings convened by the RUP within the specific Project Team. During Design and Construction phases, verify PODs (to ensure compliance with the Project Management System procedure), and in agreement with the Project Controller, verify the production schedule of deliverables during Design and the Production Program during Construction, for approval by the RUP.
