Join our Team Our team actively interacts with other Commercial / Sales / Product leadership organizations worldwide, developing proposals for spare parts, field services, repairs, maintenance lists, and other transactional activities; leading negotiations with customers; ensuring deals meet company requirements; and driving competitive pricing. Partner with the best Our Tender Manager will compile and submit tender documentation aligned with company standards and requirements. You will manage complex short- to long-term commercial projects, proposals, and contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions. As Tender Manager, you will be responsible for: Preparing proposals/bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with contract commitments and assessing commercial risks. Handling commercial activities in fast-paced, highly complex markets. Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, and other departments. Leading an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders, developing a strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competition. Actively developing and utilizing financial and non-financial analytics, metrics, and analysis as needed. Fostering the company's core values and ethical behaviors. Participating in internal strategic activities or initiatives within the scope of the commercial team at the Center of Excellence. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should: Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with several years of sales experience). Have several years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Bid roles (minimum 3 years in Tender/Bid roles). Possess strong communication and leadership skills in Italian and English (B2 minimum). French or Arabic language skills are a plus. Have an inclusive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams. Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills, be a clear thinker, and a fast learner. Be available to travel for business when required.
