Job Description

Job Responsibilities Capture new business opportunities to drive growth Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month over month Negotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow in line with established KPIs Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance brand image Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide feedback on front-line information Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields Good understanding of the distribution PV market At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset Proven success in achieving sales targets in previous roles PV technical background is a plus Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing clients from procurement to C-suite levels A fast learner with street-smart skills Other Requirements Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad at short notice J-18808-Ljbffr
