Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closure of the project. This role will coordinate all team activities, monitor progress, and ensure that project objectives are achieved within the agreed timelines and budget. In particular, the PM will oversee the four main areas of service delivery identified by the client: Site Survey, Installation, Maintenance, and Management & Monitoring. The Project Manager is a key figure for the success of the project: they must have a full understanding of all project and technical aspects of the proposed solution, having been involved in the project design phase already during the bid response. The PM will act as the technical point of contact for all aspects concerning the execution of the contract and the contracted services. They will provide an integrated view of the overall project progress, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and agreed timelines. Responsibilities Planning: Responsible for detailed planning of all project activities, ensuring that each phase is well defined and all necessary resources are allocated efficiently. Execution: Coordinate all team activities during project execution, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within budget. Must be able to address and resolve issues as they arise. Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring all operations comply with project requirements. Address deviations promptly. Provide periodic reporting on managed assets, processed tickets, achieved service levels, and calculate any applicable penalties. Closure: Manage project closure, including the formalization of all completed activities. Ensure all deliverables are successfully completed and that the client is satisfied with the results. Additional Requirements The Project Manager must have an in-depth knowledge of all project and technical aspects of the proposed solution, having actively contributed during the bid phase.
