Job Description

Overview Sales Manager (Southern Italy) Up to €50,000 (dependent upon experience) Italy Responsibilities Strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long-term partnerships. The Sales Manager will work to increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to the region’s growth and success. Qualifications Strong B2B sales background, particularly in key account management and customer retention. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian. Extensive travel across Southern Italy is required; a valid driving license is essential. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is desirable. Experience in the foam or industrial products sector is desirable. Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting is advantageous.
