Sales Specialist for Cmd / msd Renewals & Lpd (M / F)

Overview Remote Based in Italy. Our Instrument & Enterprise Services division is looking for a Sales Specialist (M / F). Position Summary As part of the EMEA Sales team, this position is responsible for Contract Renewal & Laboratory Products Division contract sales with existing customers. Key Responsibilities Ensure the achievement / overachievement of the sales target set by maintaining, identifying and developing sales opportunities through an out-bound sales activity. Accountable for the stated targets in the territory and / or named accounts. Take care of the customer relationship to ensure that product portfolio is adopted and the contracts are commercially sound. Utilize good customer relationships and service product knowledge to upsell contract renewals to higher contract entitlement and add on services to increase share of wallet. Some business development activities with potential customers to qualify potential opportunities and grow the Service Support Contract business maybe required for special campaigns. Ensure all customer / prospect records and ensure that the relevant mailing list and database are updated. Utilizes data sources to scrutinize and develop sales opportunities with the greatest return on investment. Communicates key competitive activities, market trends, and changing customer development plans and priorities, which includes emerging customers Support marketing programs and programs in other territories as assigned by the Sales Manager What you could bring to the role Ability to work independently Good Communication skills and excellent listening skills Languages - Fluency in Italian and reading, writing and speaking English.
