Your impact will span across multiple dimensions:* Design and execute regional sales and business development initiatives aligned with global goals, ensuring targets are met with efficiency and precision* Set ambitious sales targets and lead your team to exceed them, implementing improvement plans where needed* Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing and new customers, allocating resources to maximize acquisition success* Coordinate the flow of sales data—leads, orders, contracts—and analyze performance to guide strategic decisions* Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and ensure impactful marketing communications* Achieve volume and product mix targets through smart pricing and margin strategies, while managing costs and negotiating key contracts* Monitor client financials and proactively address contractual risks across channels* Lead the development and execution of sales processes, training programs, and team development initiatives* Organize and empower your team with the right structure, skills, and motivation.
