Construction Manager - Freelance

Overview Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Freelance Construction Manager in Liguria for a luxury hotel. The offer includes a collaboration contract on a VAT basis. On-site presence is required. Responsibilities Manage construction projects for a luxury hotel in Liguria as a freelance Construction Manager. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure project objectives, timelines and budgets are met. Oversee permitting processes and liaise with local authorities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction, project management or equivalent as a minimum. A minimum of ten years’ experience managing medium-volume projects on luxury developments. Experience managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction. PMP or similar qualifications an advantage. Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external). In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English required.
