On behalf of a global leader in solutions for energy transition and circular economy, including Energy from Waste and Renewable Gas, we are looking for a : Fire Protection Engineer The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of experience in similar roles within EPC contractors or engineering firms and is able to work effectively within multidisciplinary and structured engineering teams. He / she will be responsible for the fire safety strategy and execution, as well as the management of fire protection and detection within the energy-from-waste sector. Responsibilities Coordination and preparation of conceptual and basic engineering, considering internal and external interfaces; Responsible for supplier selection, purchase order, and expediting during detail engineering; Active collaboration with layout engineering, and other engineering disciplines; Requirements Bachelor / Master’s degree or technical apprenticeship; Experience with NFPA code; Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills; Experience in dealing with suppliers and in procuring complex systems; Good knowledge of English.
