Your Day to Day Ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of all features within the scope of an IT Manufacturing and Engineering program. Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional agile teams, including development, configuration, and release teams. Ensure teams involved in design, development, testing and release management deliver what internal stakeholders expect until features are live. Understand requirements, coordinate and plan, manage dependencies between products. Ensure delivery of agreed functional and non-functional requirements on schedule, cost and quality. Be relentless in pursuing excellence and be willing to challenge the status quo. Champion delivering solutions that meet business needs and are valued by users and customers. Acknowledge that transformation requires a “roll up the sleeves” mentality. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in an IT-related field. 7 years of professional experience in IT Project Delivery or Product Management. 5 years leading global IT delivery teams across dispersed locations. 5 years of experience in an industrial segment such as engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, or logistics. Knowledge of software development processes such as Agile, Scrum, etc. Experience with IoT/IIoT platforms (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS) is a plus. Professional Scrum Certification (Product Owner, SAFe, Agile Leadership) is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, self-motivation, creativity, and flexibility; strong time management and organizational skills. Team player with proven ability to lead through influence. Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
