Senior Sales Account Manager

Job Description

Overview Deeply understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, and promote the application and promotion of the company's products (fiber optic cable, wireless, transmission, core network, terminals, and supporting equipment) with clients. Responsibilities Lead project pre-sales guidance, business negotiations, bid management, contract signing, payment collection, and project execution tracking. Collaborate with multiple departments within the company, including technical, delivery, and after-sales, to ensure customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze market information and competitive trends, provide feedback to customers, and support product optimization and market strategy development. Complete company-assigned sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in a related field such as communications engineering, electronic information, or marketing; More than five years of sales experience in the communications industry, including at least three years of experience as an account manager for carriers or distribution channels; Must possess established client or project resources and be able to rapidly execute business (please specify the client type and level in your resume); Familiarity with the technology and market for communications equipment (such as wireless base stations, transmission equipment, optical networks, core network equipment, and terminal products); Excellent business negotiation and project execution skills, with the ability to build mid- to senior-level client relationships; Strong sense of purpose and the ability to withstand pressure, with the ability to adapt to frequent business travel; Experience with a large communications equipment vendor or channel management system is preferred. Advantages Experience leading or participating in the bidding/delivery of multi-million dollar projects; Familiarity with industry policies, procurement processes, and bidding procedures; Preferred to have held mid- or senior-level planning or procurement positions at a large carrier; Experience in team management or regional market planning.
