Mission RINA is currently recruiting for a Sustainable Agriculture and Agro Energy Project Manager to join its office in Genova or Milano, Italy within the ESG and Sustainability Project Management Division. LI-MP3 Key Accountabilities The new resource will be part of team heading sustainability challenges in the framework of a new Company business focused on sustainable agriculture and agro-energy, and he/she will: Work with more experienced project managers, technical experts and business developers to manage the entire project lifecycle as main contact point for the client (private clients, public institutions and international donors) Identify and develop new business opportunities, coordinating the elaboration of technical proposals and preparing costs estimate Manage the delivery of consulting projects in the sustainability field, with a focus on sustainable agriculture and agro-energy, through the coordination of international multidisciplinary teams of technical experts in an efficient way Develop project plans ensuring the timely completion of deliverables within the defined scope and relevant deadlines Monitor the budget progress of the projects dealing with passive and active invoicing, controlling costs and contributing to report on budget variances Qualifications Not less than 2 years of experience in the sustainability field is required Experience in project management is required Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written Other languages will be considered as a plus Ability to write well structured, concise and well-reasoned reports, proposals and documents Availability for business trips within and outside EU Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point Managerial aptitude, capacity to satisfy demanding clients Excellent communication skills, team player Be-proactive Ability to organize work and prioritize actions Positive and result-oriented attitude We’ll provide you with the opportunity to Assist clients with the development of projects related to ESG & Sustainability Active interaction with the client aimed at both project deliveries and commercial opportunities identification and development Learning the technical aspects of the project by interacting with the technical team ADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective way BUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organization CLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfaction EARN TRUST - Take everyone\'s opinion into account and remain open to diversity MAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraint MANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one\'s and other\'s emotions and express and regulate one\'s reactions PIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstances PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role Model THINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the future RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.
