Responsibilities: Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for mission planning and force protection efforts. Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the AOR. Assess and monitor the internal security situation in the AOR related to force protection. Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, strategic assessments, reports, white papers, briefings, and coordination activities. Produce complex all-source CI analytic production supporting Army CI efforts against FIE threats to RDA, defense infrastructure, and supply chains. Conduct intelligence analysis to support CI-HUMINT efforts, using established methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required. Knowledge of ICDs related to duties required. Willingness to undergo counterintelligence polygraph examinations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA levels 1 & 2, CCMP-F, or Intelligence Planner Certification. U.S. Government all-source MOS or equivalent training. HT-JCOE, DIA, or IC equivalent courses preferred. 10 years in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership. 5 years supporting CI, HUMINT, or sensitive intelligence activities in a strategic role. 3 years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including threats to DoD infrastructure and supply chains.
