Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years, no more than 2 in the last 12 months No DUI/DWI’s: No recent convictions or violations for operating a POV under the influence within specified timeframes Automatic DQ’s: No recent speeding in school or construction zones, no more than three moving violations in three years, etc. No Drivers under contract with another carrier Failed/Refused drug screen in a lifetime FELONIES: No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years No theft by check in the past 3 years No drug charges in the past 10 years All offenses must be approved by HR. Domestic violence cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All other charges will be reviewed. Go by conviction date.
