Join our passionate team and contribute to the future of renewable energy! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Site Manager to oversee our biogas plant construction project. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or further develop their careers in construction management within the renewable energy sector. Starting date ASAP Your Background Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience in construction or project management is valuable, but lack of experience will not disqualify candidates. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Basic knowledge of biogas technology or renewable energy is an advantage. Basic knowledge of various engineering fields involved in biogas plant construction (civil, mechanical, electrical) is an advantage but not mandatory. English / Croatian language skills. Your Role Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating construction activities. Supervise on-site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Foster a positive team environment and promote health and safety practices on-site. Our Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment.
