Key Responsibilities: Claims Management: Process and handle all claims efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission. Fines Administration: Manage and resolve traffic fines, ensuring all records are up to date. Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to get the best rates for our company. Collaboration: Work closely with insurance providers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all claims are handled smoothly. Communication: Be the go-to person for queries related to claims and fines, providing clear and professional communication with all stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Claims Administrator, with a solid understanding of working with insurance companies. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with insurance companies and third parties. Pressure Handling: Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines. Computer Literate: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel) and claims management systems. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
