Commercial Superintendent

Responsibilities: Lead commercial governance processes and ensure alignment with corporate strategies. Develop, implement, and manage commercial strategies across various departments. Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and administration of commercial contracts. Support procurement, logistics, and operations teams with commercial insights. Mitigate risk through rigorous contract management and compliance oversight. Drive value creation through data-driven analysis, cost control, and performance management. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial, financial, or strategic role. Strong background in contract negotiation and management, preferably in mining, commodities, or industrial sectors. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver business improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication capabilities. Experience working in large, complex, and multinational organisations is advantageous.
