Company and Job Description: Are you a ClickUp power user with a passion for streamlining workflows, optimizing productivity, and making project chaos a thing of the past? We're looking for a dynamic, detail-obsessed ClickUp Systems & Workflow Coordinator to help drive operational efficiency across departments. In this role, youll be the go-to person for all things ClickUp from building out complex automations to training teams and fine-tuning processes for engineering, logistics, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of ClickUp as the companys central task/project management system. Develop and maintain custom dashboards, views, templates, and automations for teams such as Operations, Projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Admin. Conduct team training and onboarding to ensure adoption and understanding of ClickUp across departments. Serve as an internal consultant translating operational needs into scalable workflows. Monitor and report on task/project progress, bottlenecks, and KPIs using real-time ClickUp data. Integrate ClickUp with other tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Outlook, CRM, etc.) to create seamless workflows. Audit system usage, recommend improvements, and ensure data integrity. Job Experience & Skills Required: 24 years of hands-on experience building and managing ClickUp in a business environment. Strong understanding of task management, team collaboration, and process design. Experience in operations, engineering, or project-based environments preferred. Ability to train others and simplify complex systems for non-technical users. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
